What is my warranty on the goods?
Goods purchased in our online shop are subject to the terms and conditions of sale and complaints with a warranty of 2 years.
How and till when can I exchange the purchased goods?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased goods, unused goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and we will exchange them for another. In case of different prices of the goods, an invoice will be issued for the price difference. The exchange of goods is subject to our terms and conditions of sale and returns. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories included if supplied.

Procedure for exchanging goods:
- Contact us using one of the pre-set forms in the Returns and Complaints section. Please fill in all the necessary information regarding your order you wish to exchange
- Pack the goods in a sturdy package so that they will not get damaged during delivery.
Please do not send us cash on delivery. Complaints, exchanges and returns can only be dealt with after we have received the goods and properly initiated the complaints procedure. Goods will be inspected once received and the complaint procedure will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
How can I return purchased goods?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased goods, unused goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and you will receive a full refund. Returns are subject to our terms and conditions of sale and returns policy. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories supplied, if any.

- Pack the goods in a sturdy package so that they are not damaged during delivery.
Please do not send us cash on delivery. Complaints, exchanges and returns can only be dealt with once we have received the goods and the complaints procedure has been properly initiated. Goods will be inspected upon receipt. Money will be refunded by bank transfer to your account or credit to your credit card.
Complaint, exchange and return procedure
All products purchased in our online shop are subject to the terms and conditions of sale and returns. We visually inspect each item before dispatch. Please notify us of any damage or incompleteness as soon as possible after delivery.
Please report any complaint in the Returns and Claims section. Please fill in all the necessary information regarding your order you wish to claim or exchange.
When claiming goods, you must document the defect. Send photos and a description of the defect to info@misura.shop.

The procedure for an alternative method of return, exchange or complaint by sending the goods to our address (without using the automated Returns and Complaints section):
- Wrap the goods in a sturdy package to prevent damage on delivery.
- Send it to us with a copy of the invoice in a sturdy package, so that it will not be damaged upon delivery, to the following address:

Please do not send us cash on delivery. Complaints, exchanges and returns can only be dealt with after we have received the goods and properly initiated the complaints procedure. Goods will be inspected upon receipt and the complaint procedure will be resolved usually within 15 working days. You can track the progress of a complaint in your account under the Complaints tab.
