What are the delivery methods and how much will I pay for postage?

Can I track the location of my package?

Yes, we will send you the shipment number and a tracking link via email after your order has been dispatched.

Are the delivery fees final?

Yes, all listed shipping prices are final, and we do not charge any additional fees for postage or packaging.

Can I choose the delivery address?

Yes. In the last step of the order process, "Delivery Details," click on "Different delivery address."

Do you deliver orders abroad?

Yes, we currently deliver to all European Union countries. You can select your country in the last step of the order process, "Delivery Details." If shipping is not available for your chosen country, please contact us.
