Can I track the location of my package?

Yes, you can track the exact location of each shipment using the number that we will send you after creating the order. You can do so on www.ppl.cz, www.dpd.com, www.zasilkovna.cz and www.sps-sro.sk

 

Are the delivery charges final?

Yes, all shipping charges stated above are final and we do not charge any additional shipping or packaging fees.

 

Can I send a package to another address?

Yes, just select "Send to another shipping address" and fill in the postal details.

 

Do you deliver orders abroad?

Yes, we currently deliver to all European Union countries. All you need to do is to select from the list of countries. Please contact us if we were unable to ensure shipping with your chosen shipping method.
