How to shop in the e-shop?

In the e-shop, you select the product in the product overview or in the product details and click on the "Add to cart" button. The "Added to Cart" window will appear. In the "Added to Cart" section you have two further options "Back to Shopping" or "Go to Cart". Alternatively, you can add recommended items.

If you choose " Back to shopping " option, you can continue shopping on the website.

If you choose "Continue to Cart" option, you will be taken to a page where you can order the goods.

There are three steps to complete the goods order:

  1. Shopping cart
    • Check the items in your cart - items and quantity of each item
    • If you have a discount voucher for a purchase in the shop, tick the box next to the text "Redeem discount voucher" and enter the discount voucher code.
    • Below the total price of the order you will find two links "Back to shopping" and "Continue to shipping"
    • The "Back to Shopping" link will take you back to the store where you can add items and continue shopping
    • The "Continue to Shipping" link takes you to the second step of the order
  2. Shipping and payment
    • Choose the shipping method and payment method
    • At the bottom of the window you will find two links "Back to Cart" and "Continue to Shipping Details"
    • The "Back to Cart" link takes you back to the previous step of the order, where you can edit items again, add and remove items
    • The "Continue to delivery details" link takes you to the third step of the order

        3. Shipping details

    • You will fill in your personal details: first name, last name, email and phone number.
    • If you are buying for a company, tick the "Company details" box. Then you only need to enter the company ID number and press "Search in ARES". The other information will be filled in automatically.
    • Fill in the billing and shipping address. If both addresses are the same, do not fill in the shipping address.
    • In case you want to enter a different billing address, check the box "Different shipping address".
    • If you need to leave us a message about your order, fill in the ''Order note'' field.
    • At the bottom, tick "I agree to the Terms and Conditions". If you have not read the Terms and Conditions, you can do so by clicking on these words.
    • You can also tick the "Send news to email" box before completing your order, this will ensure you don't miss any news.
    • If you plan to make more frequent purchases and don't want to repeatedly fill in personal details, tick the 'Create a customer account' box.
    • If you need to change anything, click "Back to Shipping".
    • To complete your order, click on "Complete Order".

AFTER YOU COMPLETE YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER INFORMATION EMAIL IN YOUR INBOX.

WE WILL PROCESS YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF YOUR ORDER AGAIN VIA EMAIL.
